My Jawbone Up from Best Buy tells me if I am a Slacker or Not.

I have absolutely fallen in love with my Jawbone UP Wristband...NO JOKE.  When I first received my Jawbone UP in the mail, I kinda giggled at the little band, stalled on getting the app downloaded, and forgot to wear it for the first two days.  

Finally the third day, knowing I had to review this product, I remembered to slip in on before heading out the door.  Now that I use it I am addicted to it, I am constantly syncing the band to see if I am close to my movement goal or if I am burning more calories than I am intaking.   This band really is that simple, it is also not near as flashy as my Polar Watch, and I can wear it all the time.

I have to confess over the past few months I have been slacking on my fitness goals.  I have put on a few pounds and I have worked out a lot less.  With this band I knew what I was doing and it made me want to do more, it pushed me harder to see the results, and it made me feel bad when I slacked off. To that I appreciate the band more and more!
